Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Unio. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

The service

Unio provides tools to plan a wedding: events, tasks, vendors, budget, guests and seating, shared between two partners, with optional synchronization to Google Calendar and Google Tasks. Features may change over time; we will not remove data you entered without notice.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. One account per person; a wedding can have at most two partner accounts.

Acceptable use

Do not use Unio to store unlawful content, to harass others, to access other users' data, to overload or probe the service, or to resell it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Google synchronization

Connecting Google is optional. You authorize Unio to create and manage a dedicated calendar and task list in your Google account and to keep them in sync with your wedding. Changes made in either place propagate to the other; deleting an item in one place deletes it in the other. You can reconnect or remove the connection at any time from Settings, subject to Google's own terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You grant Unio the permission needed to store, display and synchronize it in order to provide the service to you and your partner.

Liability

Unio is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that synchronization with third-party services will never fail, and we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the information in the app, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
